Or for the love of...

RapidWeaver just went from one of my favorite apps to
something I really, really hate! Inexplicably, it
deleted the content of every post except for the very
latest one. Why? Why would it do this? It left the
title. It left the comments. It just got rid of all
the content.
Something similar happened to my old blog, Mattleclair.org, but I was screwing around with it when it happened, and had it backed up before I did and I decided it was a good time for a fresh start so I never bothered to restore it. This time I wasn't doing anything different. It all just spontaneously deleted itself. And it isn't a good time for a fresh start. I've got way too much to do, and I liked the content and didn't want it deleted! I didn't have it backed up anywhere (stupid mistake, of course).
So no, things aren't supposed to look like this... I just can't bring myself to admit that all that content is gone. I even checked the WayBackMachine, and it's not there, either. I'll delete it all soon, and start fresh. I just gotta mope for a bit.
RapidWeaver is a completely lame tool for blogging anyway. I just liked the ease of use and the consistent look & feel gives with the rest of the site. But I guess this is a good sign I should migrate to something else. Tomorrow.
